Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, all of our products are vegan. Packed with plant-based goodness!
Note – some of our products may be produced in facilities that also handle milk so please do check allergen information on the individual product page before purchase if you have an allergy or intolerance.
How can I cancel my order?
Sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order with us. We work very quickly to get orders dispatched and can't always cancel them in time. Send us an email and we'll see what we can do. If you still no longer wish to keep your items once they have arrived, you can return the items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a link to track it via email. Please allow for 2-3 days from placing your order to receive your tracking link. If after this time you still haven't received an email then contact our customer services team.
How Do I Use A Promotion Codes?
To redeem a Promotion add the code to the Gift card / discount code box on your Shopping Bag at checkout and click Apply (Add image)
I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately we aren't able to apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.
